Linda B. Oliver

A highly experienced litigator, Linda B. Oliver is an attorney in the firm’s San Francisco office. She has
decades of experience handling complex civil litigation and class actions in federal and state courts as
well as arbitration forums, often serving as lead or primary counsel. Linda has set strategy, developed
facts and presented legal arguments that achieved successful results on motions, through settlement
negotiations and mediations, and at trial. Over the course of her career, Linda has managed matters
involving consumer class actions, employment and labor disputes, construction and manufacturing
defect claims, insurance coverage, bad faith, unfair and deceptive practices, securities and mortgage
servicing.
